New Idea for the Forum

Hey guys, I'm thinking about adding a shop to the forums, so that when we get the point system working, you'll have something to buy with those points. Any ideas as to what you may want in the shop? I'll edit all ideas into the OP. My idea is that people can buy their own custon usertitles. What do you have?

I like the idea of having custom names but some people might do stupid things. I feel a name is even more special if it is given to you. I will edit the post if i can think of something you could buy with it.

Other than icons I think the skill points could be used to buy Avatars that are limited to one per person. Meaning we could have the design squad make some avatars and people could use xxx amount of skill points to buy them. Just a thought

I like that idea. We're gonna need some real professional work than so they're really good.

we will make ones that are basic , they will be cheaper, but still good. Then we can have the better ones cost more. Cuase theres more time put into them and whoever makes them will get the points from whatever it cost. Like if I make one and sell it for 20 points, If someone buys it, I will get the 20 points, thats just an example. I have no yet finalized how the point system is going to work.

And it should be avvy's and sigs.

Yeah sigs too of course. I like the way you have planned it out SonyJunky. Looks like you're a good admin my friend. If they are able to make animated avatars those should be the most expensive IMO. Very Happy

Good idea, a sig and avy shop. But then why have a sig requests place? Unless people can request what they want, and we can add it to the shop?

You got it. Let them request what they'd like to have in the shop and then let the DS make it. Seems like it would work out well

Should we limit what we have then? Like make it so you can only use ones that you buy? This would make more to it then and make people want to get one of those sigs/avys.

That doesn't seem fair. I think we should not take requests for them,a nd people have to buy them. But they can request what they want to buy from the shop.

Yea, make a shop and people can request sigs and avvy's but it will cost them. Unless the person makes there own. Then they dont have to pay.

Yea, and keep the sig and avvy request. people can still request them, but they will be put into the shop. And once they are gone, they are gone. Only one sig and avvy for one person. So once it sold, its sold. know one else will be able to have it.
